We’re currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our Order Picking/Packing Team at Pivot. As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for independently selecting and preparing orders for delivery while collaborating closely with our Operations Specialist Team. This permanent, part-time position offers flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, ranging from 12 to 32 hours per week based on customer demand. Starting at $17 per hour, the Order Picker role requires individuals with the following qualities:

– Proficiency in technology, utilizing various applications and scanners to complete tasks and communicate effectively with our Operations Team.
– Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging via instant message, phone calls, and video chats to keep our Operations Team updated during shifts.
– Strong organizational abilities, ensuring accurate preparation and packing of products in color-coordinated delivery bags for our Courier Team.
– Enjoyment of physical activity, including standing, walking, crouching, and the ability to lift and carry items weighing between 5 and 50 pounds.
– Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring proper placement of new, returned, and restocked items in designated areas.
– Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, keeping workstations in the warehouse tidy and hazard-free.
