About Us:

Select Protection Services offers security guard services within downtown Toronto condominiums.

Security Guard Position:

Select Protection Services seeks to employ security guards for duties primarily stationed at the front desk of downtown condominiums.

Responsibilities:

– Provide exemplary customer service at the front desk
– Perform report writing tasks
– Manage access control procedures
– Monitor CCTV cameras and card access systems
– Conduct patrols of both the exterior and interior of the premises
– Respond promptly to emergency situations such as fire alarms or other on-site emergencies
– Supervise contractors
– Oversee move-ins and move-outs
– Enforce property rules and regulations, including site post orders
– Possess strong organizational skills, demonstrate sound decision-making abilities, punctuality, friendliness, and the ability to handle pressure, as well as keen observation skills
– Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
– Collaborate effectively as part of a team

Qualifications:

– Prior experience is advantageous; however, training will be provided
– Possession of a valid Ontario security guard licence is mandatory
